April 13, 2007, Friday The State Commission on Securities and Stock Exchange of Ukraine (SCSSEU) accomplished registration of UAH 429 272 000 share issue of CJSC “First Ukrainian International Bank” (FUIB). As a result of this private offering the authorised capital of FUIB increased to UAH 755 274 000. Decision on the increase of the Bank authorised capital by means of distribution of additionally issued shares among the Bank shareholders (private offering)was adopted by the General Shareholders’ Meeting of FUIB, that was held on December 22, 2006 and was provided for by the Bank development strategy for 2006-2010. The Bank shareholders are limited liability company «SCÌ Finance» (99%), private shareholders (1%).
